California(CCPL) and Illinois have laws and Europe has GDPR. China doesn’t use Facebook much. The Facebook scale population is in India. The targeted marketing they do is all closed now. India is an easy target with no privacy laws. Hopefully Indian ICFers take up with the law makers.
