nevada Posted April 29, 2020 Posted April 29, 2020 Now that there's a thread for Family XI, I think it's time to compile a friends X1 Hayden (Buddy of Symonds, they fish together) Gavaskar (Named his son Rohan after Kanhai) Richards(C) (Botham was best man for wedding) Kanhai Jimmy Amarnath Symonds Kapil (Buddy of Jimmy) Botham Rod Marsh(WK) (He and Dennis Lillee were buddies) Dennis Lillee Joel Garner (Botham quit his county Somerset when they refused to renew the contracts of Richards and Garner) There's many more friendships like Dhoni-Biryani, Dhoni-Uthappa, KP-Warnie, etc but there's only 11 spots and not everyone could be fitted in. There's Tendulkar-Kambli which is legendary, but for team balance wrt bowling, I had to leave them out.
