reason is ranking also 

its tough to get in top side where players own positions as compare to a side in which everyone struggles to keep their place .

Reason hussey also had to wait till long was also coz it was really hard to get in that aussie side

Gill & Shaw are of 2018 batch..  Not 2020. They deserve to play few T20Is.  We played so many recently.  Could've handed them a debut.  Both are 21..
