Yes,and im happy Tyagi has been kept out,its blessings in disguise he's not getting to bowl on these dead tracks,even if they get chance to play in IPL hope they get in India ,IPL is obviously a platform to showcase your ability,its domestics where you develop and hone skills

100 mph is exaggeration but most deliveries their seem like 90+ mph. Waugh is right about not being able to pick speed as it seems wicket and seam doing tricks there once ball has pitched. There are allways certain areas on pitch (specially in olden days when pitch surfacing art may not have been perfected) where sometime ball post pitching does tricks and feel like speed has increased as in bowling on Elastic surface. You can see such pitches at local league ( just below County) level.

 

I never bothered to really confirm but I have been told that “similar behaviour pitches” where Our team some time plays some opposition  as above pic video that It has hosted county game.

 

Above is my personal opinion.
