If we ignore the spot fixing thing and his past, Shoaib is putting light on a very serious topic over. Everyone knows that how cruel and toxic organizational behaviour in Asian cricket is, they keep on pressurising you only because you are their subordinate. Same happened with Amir, there could have been proper communication between both the parties but it seems like Waqar is a very useless and good for nothing coach and his management skills are next to none. All these players like Afridi, Yousuf, Azhar, Shoaib left the cricket at some point due to miscommunication and coincidentally, Waqar was always there

He is trying to put Waqar-Misbah under spot. If current bowlers suck in upcoming home series against SA and Waqar is sacked, he might make a comeback. But if they do good, Misbah will continue for another year or two so its over for amir

Pakistan needs to get rid of Waqar. He coached in IPL for only one season and then was fired from it next year whereas Wasim kept on working with KKR for a long time. Waqar got rejected by CA, SLC and even BCB refused to sign him on full time basis yet Pakistan keeps on hiring him after every 2 years

Why is he ungrateful? He got into the team after 5 years straight away just shows lack of talented players in Pakistan. If he get injured tomorrow will Pakistan do anything for him.Nothing wrong with him looking after himself.People want others to sacrifice but when it comes to them they say get lost.

And secondly, Okay Amir is an exceptional case but what about the normal bullying behaviour of Waqar? He has fallen out with players during his captaincy and coaching and yet again PCB keeps on hiring him

Older players like to talk about their sacrifices and how unselfish they were during their playing days. Waqar is one of them. Holding is another such hypocrite crying about IPL when he ditched WI and ran to packer cricket.

Players have short careers they should be able to maximize their earning potential legally.

This nonsense of being selfishness is all done by keyboard warriors who sit on their cozy chairs but preach others to sacrifice .
