I like this. A competition among the Fab 4. The way i see it there's another 4-5 good years left among these gentlemen and there would be some serious ass kicking 4 way battle.

 

Joe Root can tick off some boxes in his career by winning in India and trying to retain the urn in Australia.

I remember SRT scoring quite a few runs against Bangers in test, when they were proper minnows - but at the same time he could've chosen to always play Zim/WI post 2001-02 for stat padding & accumulated 2-3k intl runs easily with probably 10 more tons. The point being he sat out of games where he wasn't absolutely needed, although I do wish he'd played that WI test series in 2006, & gave youngsters a proper go. Compare that to "Virat" - naam dariya hai bas baaki sab samandar hai
