Hire the MI mental conditioning coach for the Indian team?

Got to say players from MI do carry a lot of swagger and confidence. Sure it may look obnoxious and over the top but their confidence puts them on a different level.

 

Whoever contributes to this deserves to be part of the national set up.

 

Look at the confidence of Kishen,Sky,Pandya or even the body language of Rahul Chahar so far.

 

Obviously they have the amazing captain leading them and a good coach but I am sure they have coaches at every department in the Mi coaching staff.

Jayawardene has played a role in shaping how MI plays ... when you listen to his dressing room videos, you know how he creates a positive atmosphere

Jadhav wasn’t a bad player by any stretch. There are a 1000 players out there who would kill to have a career like his even if it is mediocre in the larger context. Yes he was just a plug the gap, fringe player and nothing wrong with that.  However Jadhav with a swag deserves appreciation especially to the man helping him with it.

Long before Mahela or current bunch of coaches including the mental conditioning coach or their scouts, Rohit turned around MI's fortunes immediately after taking over as captain in 2013. 

 

The swagger and confidence comes from them having won 6 of the last 8 trophies they have played in (including one CLT20). Sadly in the national side, we are stuck with a highly overrated clown as the captain who just cannot develop a team together to win a trophy.
