I find it baffling that likes of Lokesh Raj, Eden Apple Tom dont find place in IPL teams...but uber scamsters like Unadkut, Harshal, Avesh, Mukesh does.

IPL is all about defensive gimmicky bowlers who will move their wrists to produce on gimmick after the other. But send then to international tests and they will be bashed mercilessly.

IPL sides look for bowlers who can vary pace and bowl those cutters or knuckle balls

Which I feel is a fraud excercise, time and again it has been proved ,trundlers who themselves operate at 130+ most of the times can't prove effective with change of pace

Neither they are disciplined, there legendary guru Boobie himself has been architect of so many losses for his sides he has played for

They are useless, offlate I have only seen Arshdeep doing well but he can bowl those nasty short ones and at times bring the ball in

They should ask the 140+ ones to vary pace and not go for overrated trundlers

Vaibhav Arora has been blasted almost in all seasons still he starts first for KKR

For some reason, BCCI and even many fans have this atoot vishwas behind the trundlers that they are super consistent with line and length.

Thats why if a fast bowler goes for four or six, its erratic bowling, while when a teundler goes for runs, thats the speciality of the batsman.

This Churan has been sold several times and yet people still buy it.

These frauds bowl loopy spin erseque trajectory projectiles and fool the scouts that they truckload of variations only to murder their trust in 6-7 games, thereby taking them outta playoffs

How many times these chewt IPL sides need to get scammed?

Preferred over Sushsnt, Sen, Yudhvir, Deshpande.

Amazing !

Will play 5-6 games more as he has already bowled the safe overs when Archer Burger had already inflicted enough damage

These guys are way lucky early in the competition but their IPL sides are hurt in the longer run which they don't realise

Brijesh Sharma playing for RR today.

Google saying he can bowl 140 k and has a high arm action.

Posting these thing for sometime now, do not trust when some reporters says some1 is 140-145 kmph. They just do it for ppl to click on the pages link.

Some are claiming Mangesh is also 140-145 kmph, think he is sub 135 kmph and may push a bit in Ipl for few games.

Brijesh Sharma of RR .. debuting today.

rijesh

Looks like batsmen are being defeated by the slowness of the delivery, he might as well give it some more air and hope for some turn

Kamboj goes for 15 in his 1st over in a very low scoring match.  Don't think anyone will criticize.

They have already brushed it under the carpet by stating its genius of Vaibhav.

Had it been Kartik or Ashok...they would have vented for next 4 overs why pace is useless and the faster you bowl faster it goes to boundary.

What makes Brijesh or similar kind of bowlers (Ind domestic) a sought after commodity for scouts ???

Most franchises have their top2 bowlers already decided --Some intnl level bowlers who can bowl new bowl and also in last few overs.

Now they need a 3rd or 4th pacer so then what comes to the mind some1 with the white-ball variations... and hence such bowlers who will never be intnl level and will always be 3rd or4th bowlers are scouted for.

And in trials these bowlers do well when asked to show the variations and also do well in 1-2 over scenarios as the batters at any level takes time to understand the variations and may mistime few on the other hand if some1 is not bowling at Mayank's pace the batter can always swing his bat and score quickly and most of the batters are getting better at hitting.

So unless a team is looking for #1/2 bowler they are always going to look for some1 with variation who can bowl in middle overs.

Is it good for Ind team overall-- no

Think he bowled 9 dots, which is good, he was looking lot better than his all the previous years, yorkers, wide yorker, slower-one.

MC hai na saare besides being awwal darje ka dihati

You need certain field placements where ball travels when batsmen just times and flies of edges due to the pace of delivery ,it's a given thing with pace

With SENA captains this is a norm, you need to give the pacer those placements

more Indian captains ,the more is confusion where to place fielders when they operate

Few foreigners have also struggled though, like Markram
