Tyagi has played regularly and hence picking wkts. But Mayank has disappointed me a bit. Good enough, but not the range which he used to hit I dont want to see one odd delivery at 150ks and then rest all at 143-144. I want Mayank to clocked odd delivery at 156-157k while bowling 148-149 consistently. Those were the pace he was bowling in 2024. Only Ashok showed tbe ability to cross 150s multiple times. The LSG TM should have played him from match 1 and told him to bowl flat out. Told him that he will get atleast 5 games on the trot irrespective of anything. Very Very few in the world in last 15 years did it almost every ball 150+and did it consistently . Seems It is just not possible for him with his physical frame. I am expecting the same, hopefully he maintains his fitness, grow more confident of his body and then go at full tilt. Its just that, history scares...we have seen so many quicks lose the pace forever and never to gain back. cricspirit Posted May 15 Posted May 15 I think Mayank bowled pretty well today. He is improving each game after the bad first game. Average speed is not much of a concern. 145K is pretty quick while he is still bowling within himself. He can push it to 148K-150K as he feels better. Want to see more fast Yorkers. Well directed fast bouncers.. Just bring in more fire. Suhaan, Mosher and express bowling 3

ER of 6.5 with innings ER of 9.4 Bowled accurately from his 2nd over at 140 k to 150 k pace, steep bounce and some seam and swing. With good bumpers and yorkers. Like it.
