Umran needs to bowl fuller.

Ridiculous bowling...  Bowling short on a ultra slow pitch like Delhi.  Umran hasn't learned.  Poor planning & execution.  He probably would be dropped after this game.  Joke captaincy as well.  Why don't they let him bowl full like normal bowlers?

Everytime he comes to bowl they keep mid off & mid on up & ask him to bowl short. 

Even Nortje & Wood don't do that.  WTH is this captaincy?  And why isn't he learning.  Disappointed with Umran honestly.

line is not right with that kind of length..you are just making it easy for the batsmen who have played his entrire life on fast and bouncy pitches..

what the bowling think tank(including captain) is doing..cant they just prepare them with what kind of lengths and line to bowl in such wkt..and plan B..its very much similar bowling for first 4 balls..

we already have Sen,Harshit,Tyagi and Gurnoor in current IPL who are Tall and bowl with pace..

if the BCCI is smart enough..they need to invest in such guys..and groom these tall and pacy bowlers..

He needs to learn from Naseem Shah...  Guy sticks to bowling his stock balls at off stump &,  yorkers with a odd bumper. 

Shorter bowlers have so many limitations.  Umran has more pace than Naseem too.  Idk why he is not learning this simple thing.

Seems a little on the dumber side. Not clever like bumrah who is very intelligent. He is young though. He will come around I am sure. He just needs to play under a better coach.

Yes pace bowlers can get hit but trundlers will get massacred. Just remember that. Trundlera won't win us t20 wcs. Pace bowlers with actual pace would. I don't care If umran goes for 25 an over,  he needs as much game time as possible. 

He needs a better captain and proper support not these wastrel. * srh.

Disappointed with the Umran over. He has got to learn to bowl in the right areas. Last year, he was doing it fine. Not sure why has has changed his length. Unfortunately, with an over like this, he will most likely be dropped and it might take some time to get him back in the team.

Buttler used Stokes for bowling first and 7th over in T20s, statistically, it's the safest over to bowl. Going for that many is acceptable in such situations.

I did notice he tried some slower balls this IPL..with the limited opportunity the pace bowlers get in this country..he needs to adapt fast in terms of line and length..and he is not showing those signs..on the other hand..I also observed..Siraj used to go for plenty when he burst onto the scene but he came with good domestic experience..and now has kind of understood his strength and weakness..Umran has to think first..and not just bowl without thinking..earlier he starts doing that better he will be..

Umran what I saw was pitching it barely 5-6 foot away from his front foot

 

That short on slow tired pitches he was bowling,that is basic understanding of the game

Everyone was expensive in the last match including Arshdeep, Rabada and Curran nut Gurnoor gets the axe.
