Lol I tuned in today hoping to catch at least one of Tyagi or Umran bowl.
This SRH camp is borderline toxic.  Also why TF is Lara in charge? What credentials has even got in coaching?

 

Also, Pandya gives Joseph just the 20th over of the match when the game is dead? Does this guy hold a grudge or something? This is comical. 
 

Lol RIP IPL. World cups going to be the same. I might expect these morons to take into account IPL performance and drop Umran from ODIs. I’m sure these idiots will fully equate IPL to striking ability in the middle overs of Odis. Fully expect Deshpande to be called up too lol.

Just 2 overs from a talented but rusty pacer, sitting on the bench for 8 or 9 matches before his season debut match, decides his fate.

 

Amazing !

 

What has Tyagi done ?  Has he said that Lara is a worse batsman than Sanju .Manju or something similar !! 

 

Cricketing reasons can't be the factor responsible for this pathetic treatment that he is getting in SRH !

I have always maintained these boys leave India as soon as possible,they are young

Go to England,Aus or NZ

They will surely make a career over there

 

Here pitches across country are prepared with spinners in mind,pace is just a filler thing here

On these pathetic pitches n ground sizes, if you’re a fast bowler, u gotta be really good at bowling Yorkers n slower ones. That SHOULD be the strategy. It’s literally a no brainer.
That’s why a guy like Pathirana is having so much success.

Forget bounce or pace or ‘stock ball’. T20 cricket is heavily one-sided especially in places like these.

Pitches in India are prepared with slow bowlers in mind who can't spin it.

 

Proper spinners like Kuldeep Yadav are not wanted either.  

 

We like " pacers " without pace and " spinners " without spin.

 

Basically cannon fodder who can be destroyed by low quality batsmen too. 

 

In Indian tournaments they should replace bowlers with bowling machines set at 120 kph and bowling straight.  300 runs will be scored every innings and there will be " unlimited joy ".

That's what will happen when you will have batsman dominated culture..and bowlers are just there.

 

No one cares about bowling culture and skills, all they want is someone to roll the arm and stick to "line and length".

 

Start naming the crickets stars..hardly anyone will take names of bowlers...only Kapil will make it and that too because of WC win and his 175* heroics with bat.

Very difficult to play fast bowlers on these pitches for a captain or a coach. So dont be surprised.

For a brief period there was a change which came as a gush of fresh air,now we are back to square one

IPL should absolutely be played in winters

but I will clash with domestic season

Tyagi has a good yorker, which takes the pitch out of the equation. And he is a generally skilful bowler and not just quick.

 

And 140 k+ pacers like Siraj snd Shami have done well on the same pitches.

What I would like from Tyagi is to bowl less wide earlier,he tends to give room earlier in his spell before settling to a line,in t20s it can/surely hurts him

 

Just needs to rectify it

Pitches this season have been proper rubbish.  Extremely low quality cricket on offer. 

IPL in UAE was far more entertaining than this.  Those pitches are not this flat & at least have bigger boundaries in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. 

 

No wonder reports of Indian team wanting raging turners to win the WC.  Hopefully it backfires.

100%.I guarantee you if lanka or bangla toygers had bowlers of shami, siraj bumrah 's calibre they would be a top 3 side with relative ease. They would smash us in their homes and compete well in India too.
