vvvslaxman
KKD made T20 debut in 2006 Pant made T20 debut in 2017. KKD has played 11 matches less than Pant. Only reason KKD could never find a spot in T20 was because of immovable Dhoni. There is a reason why KKD never played for CSK as well. Dhoni literally killed his T20 career. vvvslaxman
This is something for others to ponder about. Some players never play first class game, domestic matches. Don't think DHoni ever played a first class match since he became part of India right? .

Raina couldn't time even against mediocre bowlers. Not sure if Kahane did play any domestic when he was in horrible form.

DarkProfile
Yesterday, I discovered that a great finisher HAS TO HAVE GREAT FOOTWORK. This quality enables them to get going from the first ball as they quickly reach the best position where they simply direct the ball for maximum impact. They are like Judo players who quickly get into the best position to USE the opposition's force and momentum against them. They are downstream swimmers.
