He is definitely working out. good man. Had Hardik Pandya too worked on his strength & conditioning like Bumrah he'd have not faced the amount of injuries he is facing today. They both came into Indian side side by side in 2016. Hardik's physique doesn't look like that of a All rounder. His back is done n dusted. Bumrah on the other hand looks like a proper fast bowler. Fast bowling needs a fundamental principle of stiffnes of tendons, hamstrings, quads so myofibrillar muscle hypotrophy is more advantageous for athletes the other one is popular among body builders more Edited October 10, 2021 by Suhaan

Hardick was more busy trying to strength and condition his tiny phallus rather than focus on cricket.

Injuries will happen. i agree training should be a little less intense but other teams wont be bowling hit me balls in a crucial match. Need to practice vs short ball. first practice away from your body. then work your way towards body line bowling. why risk injuring a top player before an ICC tourney? Our batsmen know how to handle short stuff,no need for this.

You are behaving as if they have never faced short balling before. Like one net session with Umran will sharpen the skills of Kohli, a man with 43 ODI centuries Lord 1

Ones who need practice like iyer and co. They know who they are, I would hope those players get as much practice as possible.

Will come handy I think to prepare against Rauf & especially Ferguson. Even Rohit is struggling with his pull strokes these days.. Ultimately sharpening your tools before big game is crucial. Ishan Surya Pant will also benefit.
