That is why Scotland have beaten Oman 3 out of 3 in their own back yard  in these conditions because Scotland is a much more balanced team who don't rely on one batsman

Yes but even if Scotland lose against Oman they are still already on 4 points as they defeated both PNG and bangla

Ban, Sco and Oman all will be tied on 2 points and it'll come down to NRR. 

 

Oman's NRR is pretty good thanks to their massive win over PNG. 

 

Ban will also most likely beat PNG by a big margin.. 

 

So, in the end Scotland would have to go out due to having the worse NRR among the three. Extremely unfair on them if that happens.

Scotland already has 4 points after 2 wins. If oman wins against scotland they will be 4 points too. Same with bangla if they win against PNG
