They are sacred of bumrah and shami. What do you mean not a match physically? What, they are going to fight now?

We dint even have our best bowlers playing together.

Bumrah

Shami pre injury

Siraj

Thakur

It will be bumrah siraj prasidh thakur next time.

Our batting line up can also be bullied currently as we saw in pink ball test. I don't think it was a conscious effort to roll out such pitches.  Australia/India encounters as far as i can remember had good true pitches.  Bit for everyone. 1999 may be an exception.

Mcg bumrah had like 7 wickets in that match iirc.

He was the main reason we won along with rahane 100.

Test 3 we were a man down because saini *ing got injured. We also dropped several catches of bumrah.

Catches were also dropped off Lyon & Starc but they were still sh***.  Bumrah I don't think was at his best...  He was good enough in the series though. He was bowling faster in 2018 tour.

He came back to his best in Oval test this year I think.

Yes. After injury he is not quiet the same except in patches. Still good enough. His accuracy has gone down much like his pace.  In tests Pace is all about bowling fast when you want to. Other than tearaway quicks i don't see many bowlers always trying to bowl at 150 kph.

5) lol ajaz haha

6) amir in t20 and odi

7) boult in odi and t20

He missed a straight ball and got a faint edge. You can defend that all you want on technicalities but he didn't read that at all. Similar thing happened in second innings

I saw those catches that were dropped of Lyon and starc. Those were hard as he'll. Hit with a lot of power. Labushange and even smith were dropped of dollies.

I dont think they would ever risk a super bouncy pitch vs India. We saw what happened to a strong saffer team in wanderers back in 2018. It can backfire badly with siraj bumrah and prasidh etc all having excellent ability to bowl bouncers. Plus their batsmen can't handle the heat of Indian bowlers.

Our batting is worse btw. Not denying that at all. Our bowling is definitely on par or better at full strength as an all conditions attack..

Only reason our spinners did well was due to the pressure built by our fast bowlers.

Perth 2018.. Super fast bouncy track..  We got rolled over.  Although we were in the game until Kohli was there.  His last test match as ATG batter...  Slide started after that game.

Toss rolled us over. Besides it is kohli as captain. Any other normal captain and we would have been close to a win there too.

On regular wickets of Australia toss makes a difference. Besides its our batting that let's us down. Never our bowling overseas.

Best ever fast bowling era of all time. What a time to be alive.

Remember when Pujara blocked the **** out of it all summer, and people moaned that India lacked momentum.Pujara was the only reason because of which likes of pant could score so easily. Look at England condition now .

Did Pujara block worked in Adelaide?  No..  Did it work in MCG?   Rahane's ton & Gill & Jaddu's cameos were the reason for that turn around.  Pujara faltered in Sydney with his blockathon & as soon as Pant got out he looked fidgety & got out soon.  Ash & Vihari saved us.

Only in Gabba perhaps in 2nd inns he managed to tire them out..  But still that game was set up by Sundar & Shardul in 1st inns when Hero Pujara failed.

You can't block every time & get away with it.  In the end you need players who can/will contribute to the total.  Sundar played 150 odd balls in Gabba 1st inns.. To score his 60 odd..  That's what clutch contribution is all about..  Batting time as well scoring crucial runs

How does that matter whether he read or not and not. getting an edge isn't a technicality. He was not out and it was a bad decision. DRS was brought to eradicate such howlers but even third umpire should be competent to give right decisions. In fact, he was given out on technicalities by third umpire, not based on evidence.

Eng and NZ attacks are more conditions dependent. Ind, SA, and Oz have excellent pace attacks for all conditions. in the 90s, Pak, Oz, and SA had such attacks - also a good era for pace bowling then, maybe slightly behind this era. but that period had better spinners
