This is classic Ganguly.

 

Leak news ( via Bengal's local press )  and sell outs like Boria Majumdar and then maintain plausible deniability, saying its "not true"

 

No wonder India won ZILCH under this snake Ganguly, the only memorable victories we had under him were when there were absolute freak individual performances - be it Harbhajan and Laxman or Yuvraj.

 

We blamed sexagenarian &  septuagenarian babus for all the dirty politics,  unprofessionalism and our inability to optimize our vast resources.

 

This slimy politician Ganguly, a contemporary cricketer relatively is the worst of the lot.

 

1) With a third rate politician like Ganguly as BCCI head and ; 

2) Someone like Dravid, who never knew what attacking cricket is, as coach and ;

3) A pusillanimous, uber meek character like KL as captaincy "talent" ..

 

 

This is the beginning of a dark age for Indian cricket.  How long this dark age lasts depends on how soon 1,2,3 lose their jobs. All of them.

Dravid I don't feel has complete power over the team yet, the guy has been working around with all these young pacers saini, siraj, prasidh etc, even during his ipl stint he got a lot of young Indian cricketers in the franchises when he was captain/coach, saini was picked for the A team against aus in 2017 when dravid was the coach , I highly doubt he has full authority yet, bhuvi, shardul have a lot of backing from Rohit and kohli, am pretty sure it's either one of them which is behind the prolong run of these cricketers, neither Rohit nor kohli have a clue about domestic cricketers and the top performers hence the same old names keep playing for India also don't forget it was dravid when bumrah and pandya all went onto play India A cricket, pandya even captained India A against aus. If saini, prasidh, Siraj get a go they must perform and leave no room for any criticism, bumrah made his debut in Australia and never looked back, dhoni had to pick him there on.

Dada was dalmiya's side kick, dalmiya knew all along about the corruption and fixing within the Indian team, IS bindra confessed that dalmiya did not care and was only worried about his future prospect as ICC president, Sourav vested a lot of power and chappel wanted to break it, dada is not trustworthy and comes across as a power hungry individual who doesn't like taking a back seat, am pretty sure dada hates jay Shah and would even try plotting to get him if not for jay Shah being the son of Amit Bhai.

So what happens in this dark age? Will team india get knocked out in semis? Will they get knocked out in group stage? Will they lose to Pakistan? Will they lose series in Sena? All of them already happened in the not so dark age, so that's not enough to call it a dark age. 

 

Only worse things I can think of are losing a home series or losing a match in the Bangladesh tour later this year or losing to Afghanistan in Asia cup. Are you predicting these outcomes?

We are losing series in SENA for eons. 1-2 series jeet Li to ye na samjhein ko hum Sena champion ho gaye.
