For each post he makes like 2 or 3 crores. This is unbelievable. I am pretty sure Gill will follow the same path provided he has a decent career.

yes, probably around 46-48 by time of retirement.

Average can be low but if he produces atleast one match winning, defining knock in Tests that help India win he will atleast salvage something. Laxman has average in 40s. But he produced some historical knocks for India. Stepped up just when we needed. He even pulled impossible like taking India to win from 135/8 alongwith Ishant.

He is/was not bothered about legacy.  Only thing that bothers him is the availability of flight to UK.
