Asia Cup set to be played in UAE in August.

So it's confirmed that Asia cup will now happen in UAE..  Hosted by SL. 

Two venues  Dubai & Sharjah. 

 

Toss will again become critical...  Hopefully Game starts late at night to compensate for heat & dew.

All of our batsmen like pace. Our team is not good for UAE. Rohit, Pant, Kohli, SKY are duds for the conditions. Time to try out someone new.

In two seasons in UAE, only two Indian batsmen performed consistently, KL Rahul and Ruturaj. Hooda was good in last few matches for Punjab. Decent ones were Shaw, Samson, Agarwal. Zero batsmen for lower order. Rest all were unwatchable, all of them.

Why not Bangladesh? No one watches cricket in UAE, without crowd, players will not have any motivation.

What batsmen would you like to play in UAE? I will drop all seniors except Rahul, Pant, Pandya. Everyone failed there. And get Samson, Ruturaj, Shaw there. Hooda is already going I guess.

Same , team core shud be set now . U cant have changes now 

If anyone thinks shaw n kishen will be able to play swing better i can only laugh

Shaw had two decent seasons in UAE. Even Dhawan, I forgot him. Lot better than Rohit, Kohli, Pant, Iyer, Sky. Left armer weakness- Rohit, Kohli, Rahul, everyone has it. Kishan? He was not in my list.

Almost same core failed to qualify last year. Cricket is a conditions sport more than anything. A few seniors going to get rest anyway, it's Asia Cup, not World Cup.

We can win if games happen late at night during UAE timezone...  BCCI & ICC force fed us... IST in WT20/& that gave undue advantage to chasing side. 

 

Games must start at 10 PM IST so that both sides get the dew advantage.

thats ok , i still say core didnt fail captain failed and to replace someone u need the next one to be better which i dont think is 

first we need to ask ourselves what are they lacking and does the new one fulfill that problem . If moving ball is an issue we all know what happens to shaw when it moves a bit, chahar n bhuvi have bullied him in IPL . Ask yourself wud shaw have survived that Shaheen spell , shaheen swings the ball at much higher pace then bhuvi n chahar . 

Left arm seamers is pretty much a problem for all right handers and becomes worse incase he can bring the ball back in to a batsman with dodgy technique . Guys like Vaas n bracken were nightmares for sehwag 

 

Shaw is currently not even in contention for 3rd indian team for his discipline issues . I like him but if the issue is beyond cricket then cant say much

Wc is in Aus and ill vouch till end that their are no better players for fast bowling in india then - KL, Rohit, Kohli, Pant, DK 

Yes cricket is condition game and UAE and Australia wont be same condition
