1. Kohli's strike rate is below 140 which for this year's IPL is not good enough to merit a place in IPL XI.

 

2. Samson has been extremely inconsistent. For someone who batted at 3-4, his runs tally are not good and he went missing when RR needed him as well. Jeetesh was the best keeper. Dube and Verma did better also.
