Crawley has been very lucky today.

He was pathetic before bazball started. After bazball he started   he started scoring more runs even it is very little. Mindset has changed.

He is very pleasing on eye but too loose with shot selection and hard hands. He reminds me a lot of young Rohit Sharma .

Mayank is a positive opener too. Just that he has a few woeful weaknesses that he never fixed.

Mayank could have been useful in middle order. Very good player of spin.

Are England in slight trouble and could panic here ?

If they continue playing like this there will be more trouble. Root is constantly shuffling across. These guys don't show respect to the merit of the ball.

Investing on Crawley is waste of time that too as an opener in England.

He's talented. Maybe can be moved to middle.

He scored 28 in the middle order va Ussies in gabba. He was looking good until that rocket of catch from mid off.

You cannot keep moving everyone to middle order when whole life they have been openers.

Batting at number 4 also needs the ability to handle new ball. His hard hands will be a problem.

Other options are hammed and the guy with the pony tail whom I think is pretty good. Options are thin dude.

Fast bowling all rounders are valuable. Sadly we are using Thakur for that. That guy's batting has declined big time. He got a fluke 50 in the WTC final. Other than that his last meaningful 50 in Test was at the ovall in 2021
