Only on really helpful pitches it could be. On flat wickets it used to be India's attack until kohli left. Then this dunderhead rohit took over, all fitness levels drop. Coincidentally, more injuries seem to be pervasive amongst Indian quicks. Vijy 1

What flat wickets did Indian bowling do well or better than Aussie bowling attack. Indian attack was too inconsistent even with Bumrah IMO.
MechEng Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 Benching Neser was never a good idea. Green does not look confident with both bat and ball. putrevus 1

That's what happens when you come right after IPL. Your body isn't used to test. Takes time to adjust. Bumrah was also captain don't forget. Captain kohli would have helped us win there if he was captain. Who knows how Kohli would have captained but bowling certainly failed in both tests. I agree just after IPL aspect but Aussies also played in IPL.
putrevus Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 Green while still early in his career has been very disappointing, I expected him to do lot better than he has done in this series.
putrevus Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 Ali when you look at stats appears to be very mediocre but when you look his overall picture he certainly is one of ATG England players.
rageaddict Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 England playing sensibly here but still long way to go for them.

putrevus Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 I don't under why some morons have this innate need to credit Dhoni if anyone who plays for CSK does well in international cricket.
Kothili Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 Just unfair on Cummins to burden him with captaincy. Give it to Steve you dumb Aussies.
rageaddict Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 Need some Bazball now. England has to win this match, a draw won't help their cause. Quick runs, take a lead and go hard at the Aussie batters.
