( just like Indians who voted Labour in the past but now are Tories, it's not as bad as right wing of Republicans as UK Conservatives are basically a centre party now) so they have to become ultra right neo christians and whatever that section want in ALL aspects just to even have a chance to progress their political careers. As far as I see, American politicians are only on the extreme ends of the spectrums, extreme left or extreme right. There is no scope for a middle ground candidates Khota

There is no scope for a middle ground candidates Well there are two points. 1) Neither of the parties have chosen any non christian candidate. Barack Hussein Obama was also part of the church 2) Republican did select Romney who is Mormons and Christians don't have great love for them. It's a bit like Ahmediyas for Muslims. On the other point, the so extreme right is no longer extreme. Trump has shifted the base for good. Strong on immigration and showing libertarian traits is critical for anyone to be listened to. Instead of the so called left, right, centre stuff, it is about who has the conviction and if it makes sense. Of point based immigration is considered extreme right then we gave a problem. No i agree on the first points even Democrats will never chose a non christian presidential candidate ever- so on what basis is USA a true democracy where your faith decides of you ae even politically eligible to hold the highest office. No matter how much BS is there in the British political system, people can be themselves and yet be politically successful. USA is a nutcase country on either spectrum
