Phew! Why does Prannoy always take the toughest route to win. Glad he won at least!

No wonder he has a bad back.. the stress of these trillers must be killing him.

Watching Jiu-jitsu.

Looks the same as Judo and Kurash. I can't see how it is different. Can anyone explain the difference between the two in simple words? Also, not sure why a Brazilian martial art is being featured in the Asian Games. We should push for the OG martial art - Kalaripayatu to be included. It is way different from these.

BJJ is more about grappling, blood chokes, joint locks. Judo is throwing (upper body based), wrestling is throwing plus grappling, but no choking. You can call BJJ soft grappling, since throwing isn't allowed.

All these feature prominently in MMA, our martial arts are just for show.

I am surprised to see Malyasians doing well in artistic swimming & Synchronised events...  They are there at Olympics as well & medal contenders in Asia.

We have to look what are they doing...  It should be doable in the short term.

malaysia is a first world country. we should do well in swimming around mid 2030s.

Thanks - but looking at the scoring system for JJ it appears that you get most points for throwing the opponents - same as Kurash and Judo

Prannoy is such an enigma. Dominates a beast like Viktor Axelsen. Holds world record for smash speed. One of the most talented and gifted players in the world. But hasn't been able to dominate at world events. Got to give credit to Sindhu who made most of the talent she has with the consistency.

India - Pakistan semi final in Kabaddi as well...

Pakistan lost to Iran in Group stages:stupid:

Iran is the second best if not best Kabaddi team in both men and women. They won gold in both last time around.

Pakistan have regressed so much in most of the sports. Cricket is the only silver lining.
