T20I SR for India in Middle Overs

Recommended Posts

Stats posted on social media are usually pointless (I don’t know who the target for such rudimentary stats would be).

1st - usually a high SR is expected in PP and death overs.

2nd - top order batsmen (#1-3) are expected to have a higher strike rate in the middle overs as they have already played enough deliveries

3rd - wickets usually would fall in or post PP so many times a partnership is being developed

4th - SR is related to the number of ball faced so if someone is coming to the crease in the middle overs with key wickets down,  the first 5-10 balls could have been played at a low SR

5th - so on … …. ….
