Is US planning régime change in Bangladesh ?

Interesting indeed... But Hasina has weakened the opposition to an absolute non entity in Bangladesh.

Maybe they are courting her in their own classic way.

India should not be worried just yet.

US was never our friend...  It's a transactional relationship.  They are our long term bitter enemy.

US is back big time in Pakistan. Establishing bases there. They will control Iran Afghanistan India and even China from there !!

We are in a precarious position !!

They cannot control China and Iran . They already have Pakistan though. India should be ever vigilant.

They are controlling Argentina now. Javier Milei is firmly in the Western camp and is adamant on dollarising Argentina.

Right wing governments are usually supported, at least covertly, by the Americans since they are likely to get favourable business outcomes for their firms so India, in particular, should be very careful

India certainly does try to keep Hasina in power but how would a regime change help US there?

I don't think it is trying to change regime here in BD, but just tryung to arm twist Awami League to become useful to US. They have supported dictatorial regimes in Qatar, Saudi, latin America etc if it suits and helps them. But where they can't do anything for "democracy", they pick on weaker nations like BD, Nigeria, Myanmar etc., and turn ideological over them about Human Rights/Democracy and all that BS. They did that to India too when Obama came to India and preached us about Religious Fredom. The USCIRF itself is a body to do that for weaker nations. They are a hypocritical deep-state and see use in all FP transactions.
