Rizwan in warmup match vs nz. Seriously though?. Does all this extra show off make them cool with muslim population in pak?. There is a saying, “you can pray and thank lord by just by doing with ur heart and keep it to your self”. Show offs like this will only destroy the image of a religion?.

Religious showoff is an important part of their day to day life.

It's important for them to keep this facade, it helps to sell their narrative in "outside of cricket" topics.

if they were more "normal" and put their heads down and worked (like the bangladeshis) they would have been far stronger.

Fundamentally, the identity of country during partition was based on religion. They have no choice to escape from their genesis ! its tough. not to. If religion was not so important for them, they would not have demanded a separate home land country ! It will continue to be this way unless some one is educated like Imran khan or uber kewl like Wasimm  akaram in Pakistan team.

Religious fundamentalism has no place in society...be it islam or any other religion...killing people in name of religion or because they eat beef or destroying old mosque in the name of history need to be stopped and resisted from the beginning..else we risk following the path of our neighbors and the majority getting tainted for the actions of the fundamentalists.

Please Cut this crap. Enough with guilt tripping Hindus.

 

Even in Hindu majority India the Left (naxalites, maoists) and Islamic terrorists kill atleast 10x more people than what Hindu fundamentalist do. 

 

Secularism is only safe in India as long as Hindus are majority. The fact that Stalin can get off so easily after asking for "eradication of Hindus" tells you how tolerant Hindus actually are.
