How many Hamas fighter have been killed or Hezbollah fighters have been killed so far as per Hamas? Share me one link/report which says "as per Hamas x number of Hamas fighters have been killed or israel didnt give a evacuation warning to civilians before strike"

UNRWA claims 273 activists are killed in the war since Oct 7. Just ask UN to release their names. They won’t because Israel can identify many UNRWA workers were terrorists and some even participated in Oct 7th  attack. They are a front to play the Gaza victim card

Can someone throw a light on:

* The importance of a speculation on what the map of “Israel” (not Palestine) would have been if Arabs had won the war on the current situation where Palestine is fighting Israeli for a two-state solution with over 140 countries recognizing the state of Palestine.

* The presence of Palestinians in UNRWA as if such organizations do not hire locals. Israeli reservists come from a variety of backgrounds.

* Justifying Israel action for what Hamas did on Oct 7 but ignoring Israeli terrorism everyday over the years that could have led to Hamas’ action.

* Focusing only on Israeli hostages when Israel too has taken Palestinians as prisoners (even abusing many of them) without a charge over the years. Many times, the two parties exchange hostages/prisioners. Gaza itself is viewed as an open air prison where people are not even allowed to meet with their relatives in the West Bank.

If nothing above is much important to the issue on hand (For e.g. Genocide cannot be justified. A case is filed with ICJ, while ICC is seeking arrest warrants. And Palestinian as a nation is recognized by many countries) what’s the point? :hmmm:

Whatever Hamas did was wrong. But what Israel is doing currently is deplorable. It is as if we are now seeing the Palestinians in a Holocaust (Even the Pope has commented on the issue).

The irony is that Israel could fulfil its prophesy of it being destroyed by its “enemies” not because of the “enemies” but by continuing to create an environment of mistrust and violence in the region when it has an opportunity to create peace.

We know that Israel can never be in peace if Palestinians are “wiped out”. Even the US probably can’t survive such a catastrophe (It has almost zero Arab nations’ support, which it did in case of Iraq, etc).

Long lasting peace is only possible if the rest of the world lets Israel to win against Hamas. Articulately explained by this guy

Said pretty much the same thing I had mentioned in an earlier post. It takes a special breed of idiot not to understand what this man said. Unfortunately, we seem to have quite a few of those in the world today.

People think everyone woke up on Oct 7 2023 and started counting the Palestine deaths. In the previous conflict maybe 4 years ago when Hamas started firing rockets towards civilians , ceasefire was reached much early as there were no hostages.

This conflict is going on since 1948, closest to peace was in 1994 when Israel gave more than a fair share to PA, then PLO agreed on a peace accord, Hamas was not relenting then, started blowing up cars and buses using suicide bombers. Israel hits back on every attack like that. That is how they have been surviving. If you want killings to stop, stop the attacks, build a state and agree on peace terms. Why is that so hard to understand for these urban anarchists.

Conflict tracker:

It will never happen, Israel would never give up security in WB for its own national interests. Policing, govt admin, is all they will get. Even if they pull back completely, what is the guarantee that Palestine terrorists or Arab peace keeping forces  will stop attacking and not want more piece of the land?? Giving up land or power that they once had control, even say 500 years ago, is against the Islamic doctrine.

Plus, even if we ignore all the religious angle.

We have trade and strategic ties with Israel, Adani has it's trade assets in Haifa port, which is specifically under the target of Hezbollah (which is providing cover fire for Hamas).

So even from Geo Political POV, we need to protect our assets in Israel and ensure the investment that has been done there don't go in wrong hands. The jaahil Hezbollah & Hamas radicals will bomb anything which is anti-Islamic in their POV.

India is more or less a bystander. It can do nothing to protect or destroy anything in that region.

Also there is a bigger issue of genocide in Gaza and the quest of Palestinians for their homeland, ending Israeli occupation.

It is not about what is best for Israel or Palestine but what is a fair solution, which is a two state solution, imo, which Israel is shying away from.

Not exactly,

Indian Navy have saved their nationals from Houthi's during their attacks on the red sea.

Heck they even saved the Pakistani nationals from the pirates coz their joke of navy was busy jerking off for their masters.

Anyway, I am also interested that why don't we have the same discussion over Russia-Ukraine war ?

Just because Al Jazeera or some Turkish media is not showing any propaganda...it doesn't mean we should stop talking about possible solutions for that as well ? Or is it limited because there is no Muslim angle involved there ?

IMO, thats an useless solution.

Specially if it involves different faiths and religions.

It's not going to be successful, it has never in reality...Pak-India-Ban are clear cut examples.

In reality whoever has the power and will to act will rule, UN is a joke and so does all the so called humanitarian agencies. There is only one super power and it dictates the world...it has only one challenger which is a near superpower.

Netanyahu or extremism of Jews is not the cause , any Jewish presence in the area is the problem. Here is Kanedian Pierre hating the Palestinians

Yeah, countries can participate in events here and there. When it comes to major conflicts, India remains more or less sidelined. India has failed to stand up for religious minorities in BD.

People have followed Israel-Palestine conflict since ages so you may see more participation in it. With the genocide in Gaza, many feel that Palestinian people have suffered enough. Because the conflict is going on since ages, it is not necessarily about who started what (as there is likely be a link to the other party as well) but who went out of the line more.

It does not necessarily mean that people don’t care about Ukraine-Russia.

For many people in India, I would assume that they would be drawn by the Muslim angle, sadly drawing parallels of the Hindu-Muslim dynamics in Jews-Muslim’s, where, in their minds, Jews replace Hindus, and Muslims remain common.

India has raised the concerns for religious minorities in BD on the UN forums, but as I said UN is a joke and it won't do anything which US won't approve it.
Unless you want to army to get it's boots on the ground and invade, then it's a different issue. Coz we have many sleeper-cells within the country who are waiting for such steps to burn down the country under the pretext of attacking an Islamic nation.

For the people of India drawn by religous angle, you're not entirely wrong. Shia community in India led the protests when that Nasir or someone was killed by Israel in Iran. Even though it shouldn't affect them, yet the religous leaders started organizing protests across the country for the attack on hamas. Same religious leaders and their followers were happily re-tweeting and celebrating when Hamas murdered thousands of men, women, children, babies and took hostages. I have till date not seen any leader condemning the attack by Hamas on Israel.

Some things when they cross a line, reach beyond the point of no-return. Israel is pushed by hamas to that extend courtesy of 7th Oct 2023.
Turkish or Qatari media may have left no stone unturned to spread the propaganda, but neither country has accepted the refugees. So they're as culpable as you're considering Israel.

Yeah, raising concerns at UN does little for those who need immediate assistance on the ground. If India has in it to take military action it is nice but it doesn’t. At the min, it could have provided a safe passage to those who wanted. India makes comments but it is likely to become non-aligned when it is required to take action.

Even Hindus do this (and then fail to stand up for Hindus in BD):

When it comes to Israel-Palestine issue, Israel is the occupying force (practices the vices of an occupying force). It has move out of the area it has occupied and agree to the two-state solution.

On the refugee issue, this is how the victim card is played. There were 700000 Arabs in Israel-Palestine in 1948. The number of Arab citizens stayed in Israel is about 2 mil now. Rest who got displaced and moved all over the world , are citizens of other countries are still counted as refugees. Not only those, their kin about 3 generations are still counted as refugees. UNRWA counts about 6+ million Palestine refugees like that present day.  UNRWA schools in Gaza teach hatred towards Jews and are preparing many more Hamas terrorists, even storing rockets in their schools. One of the hostages rescued said he was held  in a UNRWA teacher’s house. Hamas was using the UNRWA headquarters as a bunker. This is how the genocide game is played. US and many countries stopped funding UNRWA , they still thrive on private “contributions “ - Zakat money from Muslums world over

A few years back, I got scammed into paying UNRWA. It was a collection drive at work for refugees of SL Tamils (not LTTE) but displaced SL Tamils. They did it through an aid organization that paid it to all organizations including UNRWA. Always read the fine print when doing charity!

Palestinian refugee # is another pointless topic.  1M or 5M or 10M, it is for Palestinians to decide on how to adjust them in Palestine (or as Palestinians) including through duel citizenships or equivalent.

The issue b/w Israel and Palestine is that Israel needs to vacate Palestinian land. What Palestinians do with their land (and how to adjust Palestinians) is Palestinian issue!

@mishra

Jewish homeland was chosen based on Old Testament scriptures, not some zany Zionist opinion poll . The kind of brainwashing goes around among Hamas sympathizers

Nobody believes that Zionist wanted Argentina before Israel.

Palestine's appeal
However, Herzl eventually came to believe that the Jewish masses of Eastern Europe would only support a Jewish homeland in Palestine, the biblical Land of Israel. He also recognized that Palestine had historic ties with the Jewish people”

How about this…

Hesus was a Palestinian!!
