Undakat was hitting 139 kph in U19 world cup. Nagarkoti/Mavi 145k. Both held in NZ. May be the reading was slighly skewed there.  Tyagi played in SA. His clock speed 140k. He looked 140k actually.

Saumy Pandey is absolutely crazy bowler. Left armer but just see his fizz once the ball lands. Skims through so fast. In a pitch with a bit of help he ll be unplayable. Axar clone loading. Manav Suthar is Jaddu clone. Pandey Suthar 2030 england tour of india will wreak havoc with Musheer Khan batting at no 4 followed by ooops who s that.. erm KL Rahul

naman tiwari goes above 5 RPO again against Ireland. I really wish they don’t just play him for the left arm capability, he loses his radar too soon, even when Irish batsmen did not attach him, he still gave away wides, however in front of top tier teams where batsmen will attack him wonder how will he be able to keep his cool. 

 

They should give aaradhya a go next match to give a fair run to all the bowlers.. 

 

The other problem i see as a weakness is hitting prowess! All teams have some big hitters lower down the order, for india Priyanshu / Abshishek don’t inspire any confidence.. very slim and wiry batsmen both. I would be tempted to not play one of them and give a go ahead to Rudra Patel, why are they insisting on giving rudra the opening position, why can’t they play him down the order, he can bolster the batting a lot if he fires, he has single handed lt dismantled the existing bowling attack India U19 has, poor guy has not been able to cope up with the seam movement up the order and has lost his place, however he has proven to be a run machine and a devastating batsmen 

 

Other thing i see is Arshin kulkarni is not utilised properly, why can’t they play him down the order and push somebody like moliya to see off the new ball, that type of play perfectly aligned with molia, since that’s how he plays… at least down the order arshin kulkarni can provide the impetus to the innings.. In these seaming wickets early start games i feel Arshin can be best utilised down the order, even musheer khan opens for mumbai, sachin dhas is 1 down player, both are playing down their regular order and has done well in the world cup, why can’t they do the same for arshin / rudra too.. they do have steady batsmen like molia & saharan who can see off the new ball.

Mavi clocked 148-149+ immediately after ,in IPL that year,he bowled quite quick for his age that year in IPL

He was sharp actually before getting injured

He reminds me of Manav suthar who also has that unique release. After pitching fizzes.

Mavi nagarkoti both have bowled 145+ in IPL.

Both Mavi and Nagarkoti had pace, were unlucky to get injured and since then Ind has multiple bowlers bowling around the same pace so they kind of lost the charm.

 

Now Mavi is as good as club level bowls below 125 kmph and Nagarkoti was not particularly tall (Same for Mavi) was unable to find a place in any IPL or in his domestic team 

 

Sadening to see Ind bowler are losing their pace when they are suppose to be in their mid 20s

pakistan has all the bases covered, becoming a strong contender this time around, unless they buckle under pressure, they are streamrolling teams.. they would lead group D , India most likely would lead group A . Super sixes matches between group A / D will decide who goes to semis and then finals.. india would play against new zealand , nepal most likely

Pakistan had 4-5 left handers in their top 7.. india’s bowling strength is left arm spinners, which would not be as effective against the lefty’s.. india’s off spinner is a very defensive spinner, and lack of a genuine X factor spinner will prove to be a weakness, unless they do something out of the ordinary..

India can play Raj limbani and Dhanush both , considering both can take the ball away from left handers..

choice should be between Aaranhya / Tiwari.. tiwari can hold the bat and this may go in his favour..

Bloody hell waiting for Rudra patel to get a chance and hoping he plays a blinder of an innings like steve stolk, although he is not as aggressive as stolk but has the aggressive nature.. hope he delivers..

steve stolk is a monster of a batsmen, hit 5 sixes and a four in a single over.. maybe the quickest half century ever in U19’s

What wrong did Dhanush do, to deserve a boot from the team ? this selection sucks.. no rudra patel.. this is their main combination, and have decided to go unchanged till the time they are in the tournament it seems, doesn’t matter the wickets conditions or the opposition

Arshin Kulkarni looks unfit for some reason, lazy running between the wickets, if he runs, just ambles in & there is no intensity in his running.. Also gasping for air after every quick run or 2 runs he runs.. wonder what’s wrong with him
