Seemingly it doesn't matter. They put up a terrible batting display in the 2nd dig as well. They were outplayed by Mumbai's tail. Batsmen from both sides failed. Difference is the tail performance.

Meanwhile Wadkar with another captains knock for Vidharba. Its a travesty that he does not get even an India A nod, he should be wk/captain... that newbies like Khushagra get picked instead ìs unfair

I thought it eased out by the time Mumbai lower order batted...but yes terrible second innings too...was hoping they could go all the way

Probably bazball from Thakur put them off. Whatever it is Mumbai has a strong tail.  Thakur and tail saved the face of Rahane, Iyer, Shaw.

Sudharsan proved that he is not (yet) int'l class. best batter in TN right now is indrajit, not the overrated paul or sudharsan (who may become int'l level, but are not there right now), or the weak-team bully jagdeesan.

 

Tanush Kotian had an excellent match. can be a good 5th bowler perhaps. needs to improve batting a bit more to play at no. 7 though. right now, he is no. 8 level batter

wadkar is the most solid batter of the domestic keepers

No batsman showed up from either side other.than Mumbai tail. Sai kishore as a bowler deserves a look in. Given that Axar bowling has gone to dogs and Sai can bat he could nbe tried as back up of Jaddu.
