Bishnoi has not shown any improvement. Still other than googly , he still has no idea how to bowl even in t20s.He has the pace unlike Kuldeep or Amit Mishra but he has nothing else.

Bishnoi lacks speed variations.  On some pitches you bowl real slow.

He has fighting spirit but he needs to change his speed if not add variations.To me he is too predictable.

 

I don't think with his action adding variations is possible at this stage of his career but speed changes and using angles can be done.
