MK55
Sears needs to bowl some short ones to Cummins. Can’t keep bowling full. Link to comment
Frustrated
Aus's no.9 batter Cummins is by far the best no.9 batsman in world cricket. Too much of a challenge for kiwis. Edited March 11 by Frustrated Link to comment
R!TTER
Philips sh!t the bed with the batting/bowling this test & RR with his fielding, the less said about journeyman Southee the better! Link to comment

nitinbwj
Should have bounced out Cummins. WI were in similar position in that Gabba Test. Joseph ripped through their lineup especially tail with hostile aggressive bowling. Gollum, Kothili, rollingstoned and 1 other 4 Link to comment

Won quite a few test matches and odi's with his resistance. Match winning 44 in the first ashes test, closed out SF against SA, Helped Maxwell put up a heist against Afg. He is as clutch as you get with the bat. Edited March 11 by nitinbwj Gollum and Sandz 2 Link to comment

nitinbwj
Uninspired pathetic captaincy.. Shades of Rohit. How can you allow the game to drift away when 200 runs were required and only 6 wickets remaining Kothili and Gollum 2 Link to comment
vvvslaxman
NZ is well known for tactfulness. Either it is Southee or opposition as Australia they look extremely vulnerable against them. Even in world cup they could have won the match in the last over. They couldn't quiet close out. Link to comment

vvvslaxman
This failure is on Rachin sadly. He won't be able to sleep for sure. That was one of the worst drop in NZ history given the importance of this test as they haven't beaten Australia in decades Gollum 1 Link to comment
vvvslaxman
This has happened to India as well a few times recently. Unlike NZ we have ammunition still we dropped the ball. That is the difference. Ofcourse batting also played its part. Correct field set, correct bowling, correct end. delaying games we just don't pay attention to these things. Once we get the team down we just let it drift. R!TTER
It's not just on bowlers, although they should share a major part of the blame. Yesterday after Philips got out NZ could've easily added another 50 odd. Cummins was bowling fine but not unplayable balls, Lyon was barely turning it. Philips/Henry/Kugg all threw their wickets away to harmless spin Edited March 11 by R!TTER rollingstoned 1 Link to comment

Frustrated
In WC2023 Final, Ind allowed Aus to chase 240 easily after having them at 47/3. Now, Kiwis (led by dumbest ever captain Southee) took inspiration from Rohit's captaincy and allowed Aus to reach 281/7 from 34/4. Congrats Kiwis. Link to comment
R!TTER
Srinath: "Lack of awareness by the captain. Should have blocked that ball and given Carey the opportunity to score his century. Realize team is bigger and a win is a win but Carey is bound to be disappointed after that amazing rearguard effort." You said it: team is bigger. Get the job done. What the f*** is wrong with our dolts even on crackinfo, this is the same sh!t that cost us the WC where the focus was on another BRat hundred even in the SF at Mumbai rollingstoned, Sgattick10, Kron and 1 other 3 1 Link to comment
