Office Politics? This is not a normal office. They are paid to build a brand and that involves winning tournaments.

Remove Pandya and Mumbai will start winning again, I garantee Pandya's move from GT to MI is one move which adversely impacted both the teams. GT would be a top contender with Pandya and MI would be much better off with Bumrah or SKY at the helm. Bringing Pandya to MI and making him a captain destroyed team chemistry in MI where other stars like Rohit, SKY and Bumrah felt resentment and disrespected.
