He will win five or more French opens. Sinner was hitting thru Novak. I don’t think Novak played a poor match by any means but he was out muscled by Sinner.Novak’s best bet just like today was to drag it to five sets. This might be the last year for Novak . Next year he will come back stronger. While the finalists and the winner were rather predictable for this tournament, there were a good number of interesting matches in the earlier rounds. Bublik and Musetti provided good entertainment with drop shots and variety in their game. Monfils made a comeback from two sets down, proving that age is not a barrier for his athletic game. Jack Draper looked solid until he ran into Bublik, but people are expecting a good show from him at Wimbledon. Rather, grass is the worst surface for most of the tour. No dedicated season for grass. Americans, Russians and Aussies grow up on hard courts, Europeans and South Americans on clay from a young age.
