Can you please tell me why such a severe water crisis is happening in Gurgaon despite every power is in BJP hand from past 10 years.

Ask people brought up in a regularised colony in Delhi, water coming in tankers is mostly an alien concept..also it was very hard water. Quality of the water also matters enormously which people tend to ignore. I haven't seen more water tankers in any other city as much I have seen in Hyderabad.
