No expert in field hockey but we had no offensive game. The aerial passes was only options which even if handled we don’t have forward pressure. Tough loss , if only that last attempt was on goal and even then he hit where keeper was standing basically had the whole net to shoot at . I don’t think we played a good 4th …

In cricket we've to "encourage" umpires to have that bias in favor of India. We already get blamed for "pro India" bias no matter what. Read the news from Eng and Aussie newspapers about WT20 and they almost made it seem as if we were cheating and ICC was favoring India. Likes of Vaughan perpetuate that lie.

 

So now let's do it. If we're being blamed no matter what, we may as well do it and let them cry.

Cricket gods won't reward cowardice. We lost match before entering the pitch by choosing that pitch.

 

But when Umpire's call goes against you nearly every time at crunch time, you gotta do something. Giving you an example of WC 2023 about the umpire's call though the pitch tampering thing was idiotic. We sabotaged our chances but the ump call didn't help either.

Ok now things get interesting. Commentators showed that PC leading to penalty stroke angle again. Not only is it unclear if it hit stick or shin, but more importantly it was clearly going out. No way was that a PS.

Every game with India involved is a horror game for umpire with decisions going against India. Now you understand why I'm calling for BCCI to ensure these "horror" games happen to India's opponents in cricket. Let Aussies and English cry about umpiring decisions, and let Vaughan tweet about how India "cheated"

And that was done despite TV review. That PS was not a PS. The ball was missing the goal but hey it's India so let's call it a PS!
