That 5ft North Indian labourer will still be better looking than most of your filmi Heroes that you worship.

So the answer to your question would be yes.

I can't imagine even the dumbest Indian calling Neeraj Chopra as "your kid".  Any Indian(regardless of his educational background) would call him "our kid".   He blatantly says he cherished the moment when N Chopra missed the gold.    That clearly implies he considers himself as a Tamilian only. For him, TN is his country.   India jaye bhaad mai.   :giggle:Yet he wants others to respect him, his ideology & the state he is coming from.

That's why people needs to travel to multiple states and observe the culture across India.

I myself had lot of mis conceptions about South until I lived and stayed here.

That's why I always advocate the people should not leave an opportunity to join a job at some other state, unless there are some absolute responsibilities.

The more you travel, you learn about country, culture and people. One will become nothing but wise with those experiences.

Even what Kron said is not highly offensive. I know very little Hindi and found it as just harmless banter. Infact I found it a little endearing. So many people daily get away with even larger infractions on this forum. Mods should unban him.

I have not travelled South ,still I have been with them ,worked with them in  Delhi, very nice people

You call me naive ,maybe I was then but never ever i have come across one Tamilian,or any South Indian being this offending

I felt/feel proud about the vibrant nature of India of its people

Hurts a poster like @Vilander hurling abuses to every North Indian
