I agree. They are especially bad.  But Hyderabad style 270 pitches are terrible too . Especially to judge young batters.

Bilateral games they are flat.... I think Brad Haddin said that WT20 was unusual as it was early Australian summer with pitches being fresh.

 

England post WT20 played on some absolute belters in Australia.

It's been true in World T20's throughout. Even in the Caribbean , we saw the likes of Dube struggle and he's probably got power than everyone playing today.
