Kohli’s barren run

This sort of issues have been there for a long long time...recently pujara and rahane..earlier Sachin Ganguly Dravid etc...dhoni in odis...it's not something new for Rohit or Kohli...star performers get a longer rope..it's not unique to these two...among them I would like to see Rohit jettisoned first..he is unfit and has no defence or technique...Kohli is fitter and he just needs to stop fishing outside off..chuck his ego and in tests he can defend against left arm spin

I don't recall rope being extended for more than 5 years which is the case for Kohli. 5 f***n years! Half a decade! That's not a rope, that's the actual career duration for quite a few players. Gambhir's entire career spanned from 2007-2012, and Kohli's rope has been long enough as Gambir's entire career!

I've never seen someone being carried for so long. The only time he scores is when the match's already decided like in the 1st Test when Jaiswal and Rahul had already buried the match. Or when the pitch is such a patta that the match ends in a draw. When runs are really needed Kohli never does anything. He's in the team for 300/2 scenarios when we don't really need a batsman, and not for 30/2.

I wish we had someone like Travis Head instead of the useless fake King who goes missing all the time when stakes are high. We're lucky that he decided to run away form Aus series last time round else we weren't winning it with the useless git in the team.

It's a shame because he is an Indian great who is now tarnishing his legacy

Both Rohit and especially Virat should have retired from all LOIs a while ago certainly after the last 50 over WC

Criminal that Jaiswal especially and even Sudharshan won't get to play ODIs until these two decide to call it a day.

Dude none of these got as much a rope as Kohli.

Ganguly, Dravid, sehwag, gambhit didn't even get a year before being kicked out.

Sachin hanged on for a year and few months after some of the most amazing form in history

Comparing Kohlis 5+ years to them is a joke or a troll.

Gilchrist gave an example of how Tendulkar decided to give up his off side strokes at the SCG while talking about Kohli's issues outside the off stump. Kohli bhakts immediately started whining "He played on flat track".  Giving up a shot on flat track or juicy track. How does it matter. These fans lol

BCCI should organize a 3 test series against Sri Lanka.

Venues should be at Kotla, Mumbai and Chinnaswamy.

After Mumbai test, Rohit should be given farewell, Kohli need to given in Chinnaswamy and Kotla

on flat track its even more tempting after a while. Requires immense mental strength to go against muscle memory. Kohli could never

Conditions in Australia suit Kohli, need big runs from him in the last 3 Tests..these could be the final 3 Tests of his career.

It suit him before. Not anymore. Reason is simple. He gets succumbed to widish deliveries due to movement. IN order to kill movement he stays outside the crease which makes him susceptible to bouncer as well.

He has so many weaknesses... can't play spin, can't play pacers, can't cut, reflexes are shot so can't pull/hook, can't defend deliveries outside off.

Gravy train will continue until they suffer more humiliating series losses.

Ab aur kya bacha hai? Wasn't being clean swept at home 0-3 by an utterly mediocre kiwi team humiliating enough? Do we wait till we are hammered at home by the likes of SL?

Since he has retired from T20 and ODIs are not as fancy as they used to be only way they can get somescreen time of Kohli is in Tests. These greedy bastards just try to milk as much as possible.

But just wait until Harsha Bhogle has euphoria when Kohli walks out to bat, both times.

Oh Great Maharaja Virat Kohli, sovereign of the Land of Brisbane, protector of the Realm, long may you rule. We, your loyal subjects, pledge our unwavering allegiance and service. Welcome, King Kohli, to your kingdom, where every heart beats in harmony with your batting

Then he knicks one on the 9th stump to Labu. 4(21) in first inning and 7(11) in second inning.

Time to walk the walk here for lolhi, this is a pitch which will suit him,no.4 is an extremely critical position. Time for him to stamp his authority

how will it suit him. There is extra bounce here and with his forward press he will be target against good length.

Will be happy if he gets 30
