When a company goes bankrupt, the stock investors(owners) are wiped out. The bond investors take over whatever is left and divide what can be salvaged between them. Question is were Dhoni and Deepika on the bond side or the stock side....?

Ok - that is preferred shares (at best) but basically they are equity investors looking to own the company unlike lending money and collecting interest+principal. Lord 1
