Dam opening hoga. I had seen a similar unfortunate video where tourists in some Indore destination were swept away when people were crossing a waterfall which was fed by a dam. They were telling not to cross , but people were in a hurry to get to safety

Teeno majburi ke saude hain :D

 

Waise dilli mai poncho/raincoat ki jyada need nahi hai. It rains a lot more in Mumbai.

 

Waise delhi ka climate has become pathetic due to global warming, pollution etc. even due to 'urban heat island' phenomenon. retired people from north should consider moving to Foothills of Himalayas and lead a less materialistic and a happy life..
