Why is ECB not able to procure test grade cricket balls?

Balls are getting out of shape quickly. Replacements balls seem to be unfit even from the box itself.

A ploy to help "Bazball". They want to minimize any help for the bowlers so their FTBs can score cheap runs.

Looks like the manufacturer started cutting corners since covid. He sounds like an arrogant prick in the interview he gave, just blaming everyone else for his sh!t balls
