This is not being given under oath. That matters 

You can keep repeating it multiple times , but that is the rule of EcI. Complaints on voter lists needs to be submitted with a signed affidavit.

 

Following this, the Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer had issued a letter to the Congress leader asking him to submit the evidence under oath under Rule 20 (3) (b) of the Registration of Electors Rules 1960.

That guy was interviewed by some channel and he said he moved to different cities on jobs and registered there.

It's like till no.one gives it under oath, I will not check and reveal why I have 80 people on one address. Why some have dual voter cards and some have voted multiple times. And all this is my data only.

No , he opposes SIR that is about voter list clean-up all over India including Bihar. He wants ECI to admit that it messed up lists on purpose and that they did vote chori and helped BJP steal election in Haryana and Bihar. In Karnataka and HP, they won and hence no vote chori. Pagan insaan. 90 crores in voter lists, there will be some discrepancy in data for sure. Even id it is 3% data corruption, it is about 2.7 crores which is huge. Hence a clean up like SIR is necessary as election reform. But he opposes SIR but claims chori!! But how does he prove that voter discrepancy amounts to vote chori?  Pagla kahin ka

Best way is to do a nationwide SIR. That will purge out illegals and dead people too. Congress hunks it will disenfranchise minority votes their core vote bank

Fir accept there were errors. ECI should highlight what errors were there and then work towards correction

Thing is ECI doesn't have enough permanent personnel for real-time work. They create voter lists using state govt employees who can make these errors.  Errors in address, name are very common, not just in voter ID but aadhar cards as well.

How can there be 80 people on one address. Feat repeated multiple time in different states.

 

How can one person vote multiple times.

 

If ECI is understaffed it should come on the open and accept they are and hence they make mistakes. 

 

Apne dimaag ki insult mat karo, kisi sarkar ko support karne ke liye .
