Created accounts on both, some glitches due to increased load but company says it will be resolved in a day or two by increasing servers. Gmail gives 15 gb free space Zohomail gives 5 gb....I hope it becomes more popular I may change email in banks etc.

There are good apps like zoho workdrive, zoho sheets and various other apps which I may install.

Data is stored in India.

We are clients of Zohobooks. Mainly for tax compliance related stuff. Their built-in modes means that we don't need the CA as frequently that we did say 6 years ago.

Zoho haven't pushed for subscription to Zohomail ever. That is a good attitude.

Downloaded and made an account on Arattai to support the cause. Some glitches are there (it wasn't accepting OTP).

What is the said cause?

Zoho mail is good. Cheaper than gmail for more storage.

With gmail and facebook becoming the norm for oAuth 2.0 it will hard for people to dump Gmail though. It requires a firewall like what the Chinese made.

for me, it doesn't go beyoind Initializing after I entered the OTP. does it work in the US?

For me as well it did not proceed after I entered OTP but when I restarted the app the account and email were already created. So no issues and I will give them this much given that they have 2 million new registrations day wise now (monthly runrate of 6 cr. , whatsapp has 60cr users in India)
