Bucknor BC gave a fulltoss to a ducking Sachin,LBW

Years later it was thookbaaj Pontingwa virtually umpiring and raising fingers randomly, sending Ganguly ,Dravid and co.  pavilion like beimanta kids do

If we had a stat for how much **** umpiring deicisons cost batsmen Sachin would top that list easily. For some reason he was still against drs until his retirement.

If Brook stays ,they still have Smith , Stokes

These 290 runs can be achieved in a canter

Aus shouldn't underestimate these 3

I think they know that, truer conditions in Aus will actually help the batting side as much as it does with bowling side

Don't remind me of the 1999/2000 series when we went there. We got so many **** decisions with that *nor lbw decision taking the cake. As if it wasn't hard enough having to play that Aussie team lol.

This is why for me, DRS is the greatest thing to happen to our sport. There are some issues like umpires' call, snicko, number of reviews, tech limitations (like bat and pad being adjacent to ball) etc. but it will ultimately evolve to a better system, today's cricket is way better than pre-DRS era. When you factor in clampdown on chucking, tampering, fixing, it makes current cricket so fair. Best era ever for me.

Due to bad experience in the 2008 test series in Lanka which we lost. Though it had less to do with how we used technology. Just that except Viru, none of our guys could read Mendis' carrom ball.

We were only strong in home tests. Turnaround started under Wright in the 2000 CT.

Pooks and Lankans used to beat us regularly in bilateral odis until 2004.

Even in home tests we were bad in 99-00. Pak won 2/3 tests in 99, then the merciless whitewash by Cronje's RSA.

2010 we toured SL again, drew that series. Sachin scored a 200, VVS masterminded an epic 4th innings chase battling back spasms.

Mendis ko bahut maara humne us series mein, ended his career.

I still don't know how Pak lost that 1999 Hobart test lol. I had woken up in the morning to watch that before school and seen Gilly  and Langer had won them the game. There are fixing rumours around that test along with the '99 WC final ofc.

Shoaib Akhter used to run in from ,beyond the straight boundary only to find Dravid blocking him casually,6 balls blocked, game over for Shoaib ,he used to plead Dravid please hit me for 4 atleast don't block me ,mai lahore se daud ke aa raha hu bc block kar diya GF ki tarah

Very frustrating for pacers, red ball should be played the way it is meant for,yes should have shots also to back your defence

Jaiswal, Pant can be just as devastating IMO. But not under this toxic coach.

Against spin though, don't think world will see another Viru. Even Ashwin has said how helpless he would feel bowling to him in the nets. Viru didn't consider offies as bowlers, he used to treat even peak Murali like a nobody !!!

Poor captaincy by CUmmins. Why is Head bowling with Lyon in the side. Lyon was turning big.

Yes ,Crawleys feet is moving now

If Brook stays,Aus will be in trouble

Head got Pant in MCG when Lyon was doing nothing maybe going for something like that

Aus will win easily. Some nice defensive bowling and field sets till over number 80, couple of wickets will fall by then, 280/5 and then new ball. Best case scenario for Poms but even that won't be enough.
