Apart from Sanju and Sarfaraz evey1 is backed. With kolhi and Rohit its clash of egos.

 

In Sanju's case its not gambhir, its bcci's decision once you pick gill in team as vc he will open and then sanju has to drop down in position and does he have the game to play down the order ...???

 

Sarfaraz not sure why he is not being selected...

 

Selecting Ind Vc is above Gambhir and Agarkar's area of influence. Its bcci's decision.

 

Sundar :: He is backed in all formats given chances,

Reddy:: Is backed in test 

Rana :: Backed in all formats

 Dube :: Backed in t20is given opportunity to bat up the order in t20i in Aus 

Sai is backed, jurel is backed 

 

 

Who is not being backed ??? the issue is not players are not being backed but  who are backed.. most of these player are not even the best players in their domestic sides who are playing for Ind .

 

The issue here is selection .. not backing . second thing is gambhir is hard task master which Ind cricketers do not like be it kumle , gambhir or chappell.

In terms of rift between kolhi+rohit and Gambhir do nt think gambhir and Agakar can do it without bcci's support. kohli and rohit are biggest earners for bcci at that level players are untu[ocuhable to these coaches. Its bcci who is looking to move on from older set of player to get new super stars. Which is kind of evident/relected in IPL too--older intnl players are not being considered.

 

Not saying gambhir and agakar are not at fault but its not them backing players, its wrong selection and gambhir's unusual theories..
