At A and Under-19 levels, they get too excited/aggressive at the prospect of destroying Pakistan and then succumb to the pressure. 

 

Need to become process driven at all levels and just look to execute instead of getting carried away.

Every single batsman has to come to party to get anywhere close to the target. Being there on the field for 50 overs and trying to hunt down 340 plus is simply impossible at this level.

There is none in this batch. The Quickest one could not play a single game due to back injury. This same team will play the WC. 1-2 change at best.
