Andrew is eligible to play U19, think many players in the past have played U19 even after intnl. debut.

If we win vs Pak, we top the group and play AFG in semi.
If we lose narowly vs pak, we may finish second in our group and play Aus in semi.

My biggest gripe is we dont have a good leg spinner in U19 squad. Not this year not even last year. Bishnoi came in the one before that where we lost to BD in final. We keep on churning left arm spinners like candies in halloween but other than Vipraj Nigam our wardrobe is empty.. Rishad Hossain on the other hand has done massively well from u 19 and now the second highest t20 wicket taker i suppose since 2024. Any idea why this is happening.. i m really confused..

India lost CT 2017 final by similar runs as well. But it never happened after that.

Tbh post ct 2017 there was a personnel change - india brought in kuldeep for middle over wickets (and kicked out ashwin) and he has smashed them almost everytime.

 

2018 ac second match, 2019 wc, 2023 wc, 2025 ct they were in okay positions but then india just smashed through their MO mostly using kuldeep.
