Aussie ladies respect/fear only India.

Even this tourney, we gave them the toughest fight. RSA, WI, Eng all folded meekly. We didn't have the bowling to challenge them, but we made them panic in what was a dead rubber for them and must-win for us, check their catching in death overs.

Who knows if Charani had bowled 4 on the trot, and we fielded better.

I am sure they will enjoy the feeling of surrounded by 100 police men lol

That's fine. 2 Aussie players got molested in Indore, we have no moral high ground.

But why these constant rewards to that terror state? Cricket is one area where we can flex a bit, and we can't even keep ICC hosting rights from them.

Not talking from that angle. Same for men too. You feel suffocated when you are surrounded by 100 armed force.

india a defeat england a in the odi series and hv now defeated aus a in australia n england a in england.but i am not convinced of the pacers sayali and saima.the ones who impressed me were priya punia, who was consistent in the odi n rotates strike regularly.her opening partner was tanisha who played only in the third odi n looks good at strike rotation.the spnners were enough if they got enough runs like 5 an over.

the t20 series was a loss.vrinda dinesh'79 in one innings being the lone highlight apart from shabnam's accuracyin lines.dont know when will they play australia a next.prospects for odi are bettern for t20,nothing great or new.

As expected the tourney panned out as expected. Nearly every match played out as we had predicted. The only 50-50 game was Ind-SA one and whoever won that one would reach SF and lose to Eng. SA won that one and as expected lost to Eng in SF and Eng lost to Aus in the final as per norm.

Essentially the whole tourney for just one piece of uncertainty - whether India makes the SF or SA :giggle: From Indian perspective, we haven't beaten a SENA tema the last 2 WT20s. We beat minnows like Pak, B'desh, SL etc. and promptly lose to better teams and ones around the same level. Last WT20 we lost to New Zealand and this time it was SA and these defeats made sure we didn't qualify for SF.

We have to find 6 hitters and a couple of decent pacers along with lifting our fielding coz we're a ODI team who are poor in T20s. All it takes is one opponent power hitter to beat us. Our ceiling is scoring 150-170 and we can't chase anything over 150 odd against non-minnows.

They would have still won. We needed 210-220 to challenge them. They bat insanely deep
