TIlak varma has the potential to make everyone hate One day internationals

I'm done. This is disgusting batting and I don't want to see Tilak and Ruturaj talked up in ODIs.

 

Tilak is not a ODI batter and Ruturaj is a phattu like KL. We're past these type of players in ODIs. Tilak should stick to T20s and Ruturaj is not intl level player.

I feel Tilak days in T20 are limited too.. he can  produce some clutch innings from time to time but the competition is heating up. SKY was our best T20 batter not too long ago and ranked no.1  and gone.

Ruturaj is the most selfish cricketer I have seen along with Manjrekar . He should be away from every indian side barring test match . Even then I don’t think he can be a choice . He has the shots but zero intent . 
 

tilak Verma is left handed rahul . Dunno which tilak will show up . But he has won us matches.

Moreover, he cannot be expected to bat quick as well as long. What are the other batters for if he has to do everything?

I think as a lower order pace hitter (T20 WC latter stages) and collapse arrester (AC 25 final) he has decent utility.

yup. I would rather prefer him play like this. He absolutely shattered their confidence in a matter of 29 balls.  Just that our lodu no.3 and no.4 cannot take advantage of it.

Arya, VS, Jaiswal are not yet in.  If Jaiswal cant find a place, Tilak could be gone too. Utility wont cut it.

 

VS will displace Abhishek and Samson. Let alone Tilak.

 

Once VS opens, Samson will likely drop to 3. This means we have Shreyas, Ishan, Dube, Hardik, Tilak, Rinku all trying to fit in next 3 spots. There is Patidar, Padikkal begging for spots too. Tilak life will not be easy with no intent cricket. 

 

Plus we keep finding new guys.
