Gollum Posted July 28 Posted July 28 LINK Quote India fielding coach T Dilip is set to depart from his role after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided not to renew his contract. Subhadeep Ghosh from the Centre of Excellence (CoE), who travelled with the Indian team to Zimbabwe as the fielding coach, is the front-runner to replace Dilip. “Yes. His (Dilip’s) one-year extension has ended,” BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia told Cricbuzz, confirming the development. The recent series in England was his final assignment with the Indian team. Dilip could not be immediately contacted for his comments. Thank the heavens. But another no-name guy will take his place, a guy who was our fielding coach in the Zim tour. Dilip should never have been brought back, CT 2025 was supposed to be his last assignment, we dropped 3-4 catches in that final as well. tweaker 1
Gollum Posted July 28 Author Posted July 28 Just now, Lord said: Damn who will give medals now? Also, new scapegoat. Kabhi captain fire ho jaata hai, kabhi VC, toh kabhi assistant coach. Players ka toh baat hi choro, Sanju won us the WC, now out of the squad. One man escapes all accountability, every single time. Vk1, Lord and cricspirit 3
